Maureen V. (Trainor) Andrade, 60, passed away at home surrounded by her loving family, Monday, November 19, 2012.

She was the beloved wife of John J. Andrade. Born in Providence, a daughter of Thomas and Mary (Morrison) Trainor of Warwick.

Mrs. Andrade lived in Chepachet for the past 40 years and was a claims analyst for Blue Cross of RI for 28 years.

She was a very charitable woman, who, every Christmas would adopt families and also helped erect the R.I. Irish Famine Memorial in Providence.

Besides her husband and parents, she is survived by three daughters:

  • Lisa Rock of Thompson, CT,
  • Kimberly Hebert of Cumberland, and
  • Jayme Menard of Chepachet;
  • and four grandchildren:
    • Milton Letendre,
    • John Rock,
    • Cooper and Cadence Hebert.

She was the sister of Thomas, Kevin and the late Michael Trainor.

Her funeral will be held Saturday November 24, 2012 at 8:30am from the TUCKER-QUINN Funeral Chapel, 643 Putnam Ave. (Rt.44) Greenville, with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Eugene Church, 1251 Putnam Pike, Chepachet at 10am.

Burial will be in Acotes Hill Cemetery, Chepachet. Visitation Friday 4-8pm.
